brat_inslayageIn a turn of events that would shock absolutely no one who knew her, Kennedy had not exactly devoted a whole lot of thought to putting together a final, or something like a final-- not before getting to her office today, anyway.
Bailey was with her today, a preemptive measure to keep him away from the small stack of books they'd managed to scrounge up but hadn't yet gotten a chance to scan for actual Slayer-related usefulness, and comfortably sunning himself in a patch of sun by the window. As for Kennedy, she was at her desk with a very large cup of coffee at hand, emailing back and forth with Willow about ideas for a final.
...and fielding the occasional teasing email from Rona or Vi, who still hadn't stopped being amused at her teaching, but she was used to that.
